This week has been sad. My dad’s mother passed away on Wednesday. Alex, Anna, and I drove down to Cape that evening to be with family. It was an emotional weekend. She was an amazing woman and will be greatly missed.
In honor of my grandma, I’m going to post the famous Hot Cha Cha recipe that she introduced to us.
HOT CHA CHA
On a warm plate add as many or as few of the following ingredients to build your own nachos (DELISH!!):
-Frito Corn Chips
-Hot Chili Beans (Heated canned chili beans)
-Ground Beef (browned without seasoning)
-Sliced Black Olives
-Sauce (mix 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes with 8oz. tomato sauce and simmer for 1/2 hour – serve hot)
-French Onion Dip
